For all purchases made from 1st April 2026, you must request a refund of flexible, walk-up tickets prior to 23:59 the day before ticket validity starts. Learn more

- Refund unused flexible tickets
- Refund unused advance tickets, for which a replacement ticket (for the same journey as the originals) has already been purchased through us. More info.
